By purchasing, downloading, or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Tool.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Tool.
The Tool is for personal or business use only and may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or sold to third parties.

The Tool is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued if the Tool is proven defective and cannot be resolved through customer support. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the Tool, including but not limited to inaccuracies in estimates or financial losses.

All content, designs, and functionality of the Tool are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit the Tool for commercial purposes outside of its intended use.

We do not collect or store personal data entered into the Tool. Your project data remains solely on your device unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
